Changing Attitudes has made scheduling appointments easier than ever. You can now book a real-time online appointment right from your smart phone via the web or by downloading the VAGARO app from the app store or google play.
Log on to : Vagaro.com/ReneesChangingAttitudes to view salon services and pricing as well as book the next available or future appointment. You will be asked to create a profile by entering you name, phone number and email so that you can receive push button notifications and reminders via your cell and/or email.
Once appointment is requested you will receive an email either accepting or denying your appointment. You can also confirm,reschedule or cancel your appointment online if needed at which time you can reschedule or cancel if needed.
If multiple services are desired please make appt. for each service separately at time of booking or you may have to reschedule

We respectfully request 24 hour notice of all cancellations either by calling 908 680 6915 , text 908 866 1791, or online. Improper notification does not allow us sufficient time to replace the appointment.
If it becomes a recurring pattern a deposit will be required to book next appointment.
All non cancelled appointments will be charged a $25 non-cancellation fee.
in addition extensive and/or multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) that was secured with credit card, 24 hour advance notification will be required to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services due to substantial time reserved for your appointment
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you via text or email your appointment date and time. You can confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file. We confirm 24 to 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked in advance. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
Please be respectful and visit the ATM if needed prior to your appointment time. We do not extend courtesy under any circumstances to visit the ATM after services are rendered.
Cash, Zelle as well as CASH APP are currently the ONLY method of payment accepted.
Lace units, Cranial Prosthesis and weaving hair are cash only. Paypal is accepted for long distance orders. There will be a 4% convenience fee added to purchase if using cash app or paypal
Please be sure to visit ATM before services are rendered. Payment is expected at the time of service. You are responsible to pay in full. Checks are not accepted.
Due to covid our policy is thatt ONLY the person being serviced is allowed to remain in salon until further notice
Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people that are waiting for you during your appointment. We do not allow children who are not being serviced in the salon at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Of course things happen, so in the event that you must bring your children to your appointment, we ask that they please be well behaved. Children who are in the salon may never be left alone and must be supervised at all times by their parents. Our stylist and salon staff have no responsibility in terms of the welfare of the child’s safety and insurance purposes.
Changing Attitudes offers gift certificates for any occasion. Gift certificates can be purchased as a individual service, or a specific dollar amount. Gift certificates will expire a year from the date of purchase.

Outside food is allowed in the salon. We just ask that our clients clean up behind themselves and properly dispose of any trash properly. Coasters are provided for all drinks.
Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total. We appreciate your generosity.
